Responsible for monitoring compliance and evaluating the adequacy and effectiveness of the existing controls, policies and procedures Identifying, recommending and assisting in the implementation of changes to PayPal systems, controls and procedures in response to regulatory changes Supporting the identification of potential or actual enterprise and compliance risks, and ensuring appropriate escalation, remediation and mitigation to manage risks back within appetite Providing Compliance and Risk advice and analysis in relation to relevant business initiatives, bespoke projects, transactions and investigations to ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations and PayPal policy Providing regulatory risk, compliance and conduct insight, oversight and challenge in relation to PayPal products.
